A visionary with a burning passion to help others. Xavier uses his knowledge of weight loss and strength training to assist XCA members in meeting their health & fitness goals while keeping them engaged and entertained.

JELISA NIXON
Yoga Instructor
Jelisa is a SWIT who has been practicing yoga for 5+ years with an emphasis on breathing technique and EFT tapping. She believes that breathwork is the foundation of physical, mental and spiritual health. Jelisa is dedicated in bettering herself first to better assist the XCA community with stress reduction, anxiety, etc.

ADRAIN GONZALES
Fitness Trainer
Adrain is a fitness guru who has completed six half-marathons, completed both the New York City and Chicago marathons and has his sites set on Boston and Berlin next! Adrain's dedicated to helping XCA members increase their endurance, stamina and overall cardiovascular health.
ABOUT XCA
The name's X... and I am not a personal trainer, in fact, I'm just like you. I don’t have this unrealistic passion for fitness. I wasn’t a High-School All-American, nor did I start lifting weights at an insanely young age. I am Xavier and I have a regular nine to five job that compensates me just enough to pay my bills, I attempt to have a social life to maintain my sanity and like everyone else who walks the face of the Earth, my 2020 was one hell of a year.
I do know this; starting and maintaining exercise and dieting goals are hard
Guidance and support in achieving short-term body transformations through a little in-home Xtra Curricular Activity. I threw out the concept of gym equipment and introduced them to the reality that they could create the body image they desired from the comfort of their own home.
I realized that gyms charge you for access to a facility of complex equipment with no actual guidance to getting results and no desire to get to know their members. They throw a contract at you and then feed you to the wolves. They are more concerned about membership fees than their members goals.
XCA has worked hard to ensure its members that with consistent training, nutrition guidance and a mix of both accountability and community, we together can create a culture that makes fitness and health an enjoyable part of your daily routine rather than a dreaded chore. No contracts, just support. No crowded facility full of buff dudes and size 0 models, just an XCA family - a positive culture of like-minded people who are on a mission to be the best they can be.
Put simply, XCA is the fitness comfortability you’ve been looking for.
