WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING DOES XCA OFFER?
At XCA you will experience all types of exercises from High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Resistance Training, Cardio and Core Sessions.
WHEN ARE XCA SESSIONS CONDUCTED?
XCA sessions are conducted weekly, Monday through Thursday from 7:00pm until 8:00pm EST. We also offer Weekly XCYoga sessions every Sunday at 6:30pm.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR XCA?
All you need to get through an XCA session is yourself and a winning attitude. No equipment? No problem. Our instructors will work with you to substitute for none or lack of exercise equipment.
DO YOU PROVIDE NUTRITION SUPPORT?
Yes. We educate all XCA members on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In addition, our unlimited members are offered dietary assistance with member specific nutritional guides.
